Most people who walk into Pura Bliss never notice that we have two dedicated nut free blenders. They're immaculate! To the small group of Cape Coral customers who can't be around peanuts or tree nuts, the nut free blender is the reason they can sit down and order a smoothie at all.
We built it into the operation early. Almond butter, peanut butter, and any nut-based ingredient only ever touches our standard blenders. The blender — the nut-free one — never sees a nut, ever. It gets its own cleaning protocol and its own ingredient pulls. When you order a smoothie or bowl and tell us you need it nut-free, we just walk over to the other side of the counter and use it.
We do it because it's the right call, but the small business reason matters too. Allergy-aware operations are one of the things that actually separate a cafe that cares from one that's winging it. We'd rather build the workflow correctly than serve a smoothie to a customer who has to spend the next twenty minutes worrying.
If you have a nut butter/tree-nut allergy and you've been hesitant to try us, this is your green light. Tell whoever's at the counter — they'll handle the rest. The bowls and smoothies you can order without nut ingredients are basically the entire menu.
